Assessments

INLEDE uses the Myers-BriggsType Indicator (MBTI®) instrument, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation for Business (FIRO-B®) instruments to help clients discover their strengths, and developmental opportunities.  The results are used for individuals and businesses as a means to Career Exploration, Personal Development, Marriage and Family, Team Building, Leadership Development, and Change Management.  Please give us a call for additional information.
