INLEDE is an Individual and Leadership Development Coaching firm working with a wide range of clients from High School students discovering potential career paths, to individuals and families working together to develop a more cohesive environment full of effective communication, to corporate executives discovering new ways to effectively lead their team to reach the corporate vision and improve bottom line results.

The passion behind the creation of INLEDE is “People Matter”.  As President and CEO of INLEDE, Cheryl Arbelaez’s primary goal is the discovery, growth and development of the individual. For those who know Cheryl, whether in a business setting or personal setting, know her motto is “People Matter”.   After working in management consulting to improve efficiency and bottom line results, Cheryl quickly realized that there is no process that will be improved without the people. Everyone has gifts, strengths, talents and abilities, and the goal behind the creation of INLEDE is to help our clients develop those attributes to reach their full, “naturally creative” potential.   

Cheryl graduated from Liberty University in 2010 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  In April of 2012, Cheryl received her MBTI® Certification in order to administer, interpret and facilitate training using the Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator® Instrument.  Cheryl completed her Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling: Life Coaching degree in March, 2015. Cheryl has experience working with organizations using Lean and Six Sigma tools in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with inefficiencies.  The mission of INLEDE is to help people reach their full “naturally creative” potential.
